Four "slide indicators" move easily from left to right to indicate dose taken!  Take more than four doses of a particular medication daily?  Simple, just affix two strips.

The Take-n-Slide is also great for people who travel.  Your medication will remain with the original prescription bottle and important label information.  You won't forget which pills are which.

Simple to affix.  Peel off the backing from the adhesive on the back of the strip.  Affix the strip to the bottle wherever you choose, just not over the instructions.  It will fit on any size bottle.
