The design of the Squeezer Klip is based entirely upon the anatomy of the penis and the need to maintain critical blood flow.

Technical details of how the Squeezer Klip Works

The foam covered ridge on the lower arm of the Squeezer Klip presses up against the penis and easily closes the urethra, stopping urine flow.  Under the centerline of the top surface of the penis are four delicate veins, arteries and two nerves referred to here as the "central vascular group."  As the lower arm of the Squeezer Klip presses upward, the top arm presses downward with equal pressure.

The foam lined "double bumps" under the top arm straddle the central vascular group and press down and inward onto the penis.  Because the central vascular group has not been compressed, it continues to supply nourishing blood to the penis.  The result is remarkable comfort and urine flow control.

Squeezer Klip has fine adjustment abilities

The Fine Adjustment Knob achieves an exact and reproducible spacing (pressure) every time the  Squeezer Klip is installed and replaced following urination.  Because of the very fine thread on our pressure adjustment screw, we are four times more precise with a single turn of our fine adjustment knob than others on the market.

Tips and Options using Squeezer Klip

Wearing briefs or jockey shorts will keep the Squeezer Klip snugly in place.  An elastic wristband (for tennis) placed around the Squeezer Klip will prevent and chafing.

Some individuals will experience small drips even when using the Squeezer Klip.  The designer's philosophy is to accept a small amount of leakage from stress incontinence.  Stress incontinence means that you leak when you stress your body by making some special exertion such as sneezing, coughing or lifting something heavy.  Catch these drips with incontinence briefs or using a Thinsert pad with your regular underwear or the New Urine Guard Drip Collector.

The Squeezer Klip is washable using a mild soap, working the suds into the foam.  Thoroughly rinse with warm water and allow to air dry overnight.
